Open to all members of the community
This service is open to all members of the community, both young and old! We have established the clinic to provide our students undertaking Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance (HLT43015) with real learning experiences while at the same time offering clinical guidance to members of our local community that aims to improve your health outcomes.
The service we offer includes an initial health assessment (45 min), performed by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP), who will ensure you are suited to participate in our group exercise classes. You would then be invited to participate in one or two of our weekly group exercise classes designed by our team of allied health professionals. These 45-minute classes are conducted by our students who will guide you through your personalised program under the direct supervision of a qualified allied health professional.
Upon request, participants will also be provided with a home exercise program that meets their needs.
