VET Compliance & Data Coordinator

This role provides a unique opportunity to lead a high performing and highly motivated team to deliver quality education in a niche market. Based in inner Melbourne and reporting to the Education Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and maintaining RTO quality systems and processes to ensure regulatory compliance with State and National authorities, while keeping a focus on program quality. Other key responsibilities of this role include entering and reporting monthly student training data and undertaking annual internal and external audit activities as required.
Our VET Compliance and Data Coordinator must be passionate about quality assurance and developing others. With demonstrable leadership skills within VET compliance, you will have a high level of understanding of the VET sector to champion quality and continuous improvement across all aspects of the student experience. We are seeking someone who embraces information technology to drive innovation within quality assurance practices.
The successful applicant will have extensive knowledge of the regulatory environment, including an understanding of Skills First Funding requirements and a strong background in RTO quality systems and processes. An attractive salary package will be provided, relative to the successful candidates' experience and qualifications, within the range of $70,000 – $90,000 plus Superannuation (FTE) commensurate with qualifications and experience.
All ERA team members receive use of our fully equipped on-site gymnasium.
