The ERA Student Internship includes a Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance (Physiotherapy) HLT43015, a Nationally recognised qualification that provides a platform for a strong career in Allied Health.
This intake is suited to school leavers or those taking a gap year who are interested in studying Exercise Science or a related Allied Health discipline such as Health Sciences or Physiotherapy.

This program provides students with 120 hours of industry placement across a range of work settings. Up to 80 hours can be attributed to meet both ESSA and University requirements prior to November 2020. These hours are categorised as exercise prescription and delivery according to the ESSA guidelines. This program provides students with 120 hours of industry placement across a range of work settings. These hours can be used to apply for Recognition of Prior Learning in second year for your subject Community Engagement Experience (CEE). Successful completion of this program will also give you an industry recognised qualification to seek employment as an Allied Health Assistant (AHA) while studying at University.
